Pizza Crust


3 1/2 cups flour
1 package yeast, 2 1/4 tsp
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp vegetable oil

In a large bowl combine 1 1/4 cups of the flour, yeast, 1/4 tsp salt. Add warm water and oil. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 3 minutes. Using a spoon stir in as much remaining flour as possible. Turn out on floured surface. Knead in enough flour to make a moderatley stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (6-8 miuntes). Divide in half, let rest 10 minutes.

Let rise 30-45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Put toppings on. Bake 15-20 minutes more.
