1 pound hamburger 1 large onion, chopped 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 4 medium potatoes, boiled then, chop in pieces 1 1/2 cups milk 3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix 3 eggs 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet cook hamburger and onions over medium heat, stirring often to break up meat, until meat looses it pink color, about 5 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in the pieces of chopped up boiled potato. Transfer mixture to a greased 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese over the top. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, Bisquick, and eggs. (Batter will be lumpy.) Pour the batter over meat mixture. Bake until batter is set; about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
