1 small onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 pounds pork or chicken breast, cut 3 inch thick 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper 1/4 teaspoon marjoram 1 package frozen snap peas, partially thawed, 14 oz. 1 package frozen cheese tortelli, cooked & drained, 19 ounces 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese In a large skillet, saute' onion and garlic in butter unitl tender. Add meat and seasoning, cook and stir for 5-7 minutes or until meat in no longer pink. Add vegetables; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Add tortellini and Parmesan cheese: toss to coat. |
