1/2 pound sliced pepperoni 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup macaroni 2 pounds mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 cans tomato sauce, 8 ounces each 2 cans mushroom sauce, 8 ounces each 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon garlic Cook macaroni according to package dirctions. Place small amount of oil in skillet. Lightly sautee` pepperoni and onions. Place pepperoni and onion mixture, tomato sauce, mushrooms, seasoning, and half the chese in greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Stir until mixed. Top with remainder of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
