1 pound hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
4 medium potatoes, boiled then, chop in pieces
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet cook hamburger and onions over medium heat, stirring often to break up meat, until meat looses it pink color, about 5 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in the pieces of chopped up boiled potato. Transfer mixture to a greased 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, Bisquick, and eggs. (Batter will be lumpy.) Pour the batter over meat mixture. Bake until batter is set; about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
