Tater Tot Nachos
2 lb bag of tater tots
1 lb of cooked ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning ( I used some from the freezer.)
2 cups of grated cheese ( I used a combination of jack and cheddar)
salsa, either mix it in or serve with salsa
1. Place tater tots in a 9×13 pan. Spread meat over the top of the potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until heat through and done.
