Fudge Ectasies


2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2 oz. )
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts

In heavy medium saucepan heat half of the chocolate pieces, the unsweetened chocolate and butter till melted, stirring occassionally. Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, and baking powder. Beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining chocolate pieces and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 8-10 minues or until the edges are firm and surfaces are cracked. Cool cookies on wire rack.
