Pizza Dough with Beer

1 1/2 cups flat beer
3 3/4 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Place ingredients in bread machine in order given in manual. Run dough cycle. when machine is done divide dough. Shape into shape crust you want.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Makes two crusts.

The dough freezes beautifully.
