Double Chocolate Chip Cookies


1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.

In medium bowl, crea together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Sift in the flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and place them on prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 9-11 minutes.

NOTE: Instead of the chocolate chips I use white chocolate chips.
