Creamy Hash Browns
1 pkg, frozen cubed hash browns, 2 lbs.
2 cups shredded processed American cheese,. 8oz.
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 lbs. sliced bacon, crumbled
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp pepper
Place potatoes in an ungreased 5 quart crock pot. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the potatoes are tender and heated through.
NOTE: Any type of cheese will work in this recipe. I always use cheddar.
