Crock Pot Roast and Veggies

5 pound roast
5 beef boullion cubes
4 cups water
6 potatoes
1 pound baby carrots

Set crock pot to low heat. Put roast, water and boullion cubes in crock pot. Cook for 5-6 hours. Add potatoes and carrots, salt and pepper as desired. Cook another 2 hours or until vegetables are fork tender. By this time the roast should be falling apart tender.
