1 quart milk
1 potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
2 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 pounds ham, diced
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
In a large casserole layer potatoes, onions, ham, garlic, and lightly sprinkle with flour, salt, and pepper over the layers. Repeat until you are out of these ingredients and top off with a layer of cheese. Pour milk over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees on lower rack for about an hour or until potaoes are tender. Remove top and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
