1 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup sugar
1 cup coffee creamer
1 cup dry milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
With rolling pin, crush coffee granules into fine powder between wax paper. Place in airtight container. Add sugar, milk powder, coffee creamer, dry milk, and salt. Mix well. Store in cool place for up to a year.
TO PREPARE COOLER: In a blender, combine 1 1/2 ice, 1/2 cup milk, amd 1/2 cup cooler mix and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses.
NOTE: I don't crush the instant coffee and it works just fine.
