Beef in a Bucket

1 3-5 pound roast
1 package Zesty Italian Dressing mix
2 cups beef broth
1 jar spicy pickled vegetables, 10 ounce, include juice.

Sprinkle roast with dressing mix. Put broth in crock. Place roast in crock, por pickled vegetables and juice over roast.
