Jalapeno French Dip

3-5 pound Chuck Roast
1 package Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 10 ounce jar Jalapenos, include juice
1 cup beef broth.

Place broth in crock. Sprinkle the roast with dressing mix. Placing in the crock. Pour the jalapenos and juice over the roast. Cook for 6-8 hours.
