Eight Layer Salad

1 1/2 cup uncooked shell macaroni
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cup shredded lettuce
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup fully cooked ham
1 cup hard salami
10 ounce frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 cup shredded cheese

Cook macaroni, drizzle with oil, toss to coat. Place lettuce in a 9-in x 13-in x 2-in glass pan. Top with macaroni and eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer with ham, salami, and peas. Combine mayonaise, sour cream, green onions and mustard. Spread over top like icing. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving sprinkle with cheese.
