1 cup sugar 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup butter 1 cup salad oil 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 4 cups flour plus 1 tablespoon 1 tsp salt 1 tsp soda 1 tsp cream of tartar Cream sugar, butter and oil. Add eggs; mix well. Add vanilla and flour that has been sifted with other dry ingredients. Roll into small balls, place on cookie sheet. Dip glass in sugar and press on cookies. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. |
